The Good Shepherd Trust has a Trust wide Complaints Policy and Procedure which must be followed for any complaints. The policy sets out the procedure to be followed for all complaints, irrespective of which team member the complaint relates to. Alternatively, they can be requested from the school office too.

Following  on from our consultation on our school PSHE and RSE policy last term, The GST have also updated theirs to reflect the changes that are in place.  Their policy covers both Primary and Secondary education and is in line with our new policy.

In addition, the Department for Education, in partnership with Ofsted and ParentKind, has published new guidance for parents on how to raise concerns or make complaints to resolve any issues quickly, easily and positively.
