Year 2 Homework

Homework is set every Friday and will be due in the next Friday.

Homework set on Friday 20th March 2026.

This will be the last homework set until the children return after Easter.

For spelling homework, we are learning words where ‘y’ makes an /igh/ sound; children can complete the worksheet or play the Spelling Shed games online. (If you prefer not to receive spelling worksheets as you would rather log into Spelling shed, please let the Year 2 Team know: year2@stpauls-dorking.surrey.sch.uk )

This week the Maths homework is 3D shapes. We are sending home worksheets for parents who prefer to work offline.

There is also an additional extra homework to help reinforce the new Recycling Rules. The children do not have to do this but it would be a good way to keep them occupied and help save the environment.
