Should the school need to close, for example in severe weather conditions, a message will be posted here and sent via Tucasi Communications on email and text.  Please ensure that any changes to your email address or mobile number are promptly advised.

School closures due to severe weather are also broadcast on Heart Radio 102.7 fm.

A message will also be left on the 'Important Updates' option on our usual telephone number, 01306 883547. We aim to make a decision by 7am.

A number of factors are considered before closing the school, such as safety on site, safe access to the school and the number of staff who can safely make it in to school. We will endeavour to remain open, but clearly on occasions this is not possible.
