Homework is set every Friday and will be due in the next Friday.

Homework set on Friday 5^th December 2025. This will be the last homework set until we return from school after the Christmas break.

Spelling

Pupils should practise words where ch makes a sh sound, or words where ing, en and ed are added to multisyllabic words. These are set on EdShed and pupils will be tested on these on Friday.

Maths

On MyMaths, pupils have activities based on solving problems involving the six, seven and nine times tables. Please encourage your child to complete these carefully and check their answers before submitting.

Times tables

Children should continue to use TT Rockstars in Garage mode to build speed and accuracy with their multiplication and division facts. Regular, short practice sessions are best for improving fluency.

Reading

Please ensure your child reads regularly at home, aiming for five short sessions across the week. It would be very helpful if parents could record these in the reading record each time their child reads.
