World Book Day - Visit from Councillor Nick Wright

On Thursday 7th March, St Paul's celebrated World Book Day in style! We were delighted to have Councillor Nick Wright at school.  He enjoyed part of the day with us and watched the children taking part in their exciting Quidditch Competition. "I greatly enjoyed the World Book Day efforts of the children – not to mention the staff!" He remarked it was a "very focussed and happy environment, of which everyone should be proud". There were a wide range of activities throughout the week, including the KS 1 parade and the KS 2 event on the Thursday, with many parents coming in as 'mystery readers' to share their favourite books with the children. It was lovely that Councillor Wright could join in with the fun.
