Little Legs for Life
What a fantastic afternoon!
The whole school had a brilliant time today, taking part in the 'Little Legs for Life' sponsored run, raising money for Cancer Research UK as part of our Olympic & Science themed week.
The lovely Cancer Research volunteers brought balloons, bunting, medals for everyone and lots of support; we had great music to keep us going; even the sun decided to play along and join us for the afternoon!
The Year 6 Sports' Crew did an outstanding job organising the event with help from Mrs. Stowell. From welcoming each class, to leading warm ups and keeping even the most tired pupils going, they really were a credit to the school. Several people commented how brilliant it was that Year 6 knew every name of the Year R children, and how much they clearly cared about getting them involved and teaching them what to do- a real example of how caring our St. Paul's family is.
Well done to everyone involved- we hope you enjoyed yourselves!
