MINDFULNESS ACTIVITIES

Below, you will find some activities that may be useful to use during your 30 minute PSHE slot on Wednesday and Friday, when a specific PSHE lesson has not been set. 

You may also want to use them throughout the week, as and when you feel you have time or need some mindfulness opportunities.
