Learning to Protect the World.

On Friday 29th March, Jo from the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation visited Maple and Sycamore.

The children watched a presentation about elephants and how to protect them. Then they shared some interesting facts they'd learned about elephants and other animals over the last few weeks. They also told Jo the helpful jobs they had been doing around the house to raise some money for the charity. Jo had brought a fun collage activity for the children to do and they enjoyed making elephant masks in beautiful bright colours, attaching trunks and tusks and then posing for photos!
